Are tickets refundable?

Unfortunately once you've purchased tickets to a show they are non refundable. If you need to change the date or time of the tickets you've purchased please contact our head offices to arrange an exchange. This option may not always be available.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?

A.

Doors to the theatre will always open 30 minutes prior to a performance, we recommend arriving no later then 10 minutes before the show is scheduled to start so that the performance isn't interrupted.  If you arrive late you may not be admitted to the theatre until an appropriate break in the show.

Do you offer group discounts?

A.

Yes, if you have a group of 15 or more you'll be eligible for a 10%. Please contact our sales department at ticketing@paramourtheatre.com or 07 4051 4410 to discuss your group booking.

My show was cancelled, now what?

A.

It is rare that we cancel a show but if for some reason we need to cancel a show, our box office will contact you via the phone number in your booking and offer a full refund of the ticket price.

How can we become a show sponsor?
